Welcome to the new website of Altrincham Kersal RFC.

We are one of the most progressive and ambitious rugby clubs in the North of England.  Promoted 5 times in the last 10 seasons, we play in North One with only the National Leagues above.  Despite this rapid elevation, the club still maintains the values of traditional rugby in a true ‘family’ atmosphere.  The club benefits from one of the strongest Mini and Junior sections in the North of England with almost 400 Mini and Junior players.  The club also has a highly successful Women’s team, competing at Championship Two North (level 3).

All abilities and levels are catered for with 4 Senior XV’s all playing in competitive leagues, the 2nd XV playing in the Bateman BMW Premier League and the 3rd XV and 4th XV playing in the Miller Homes Leagues, 3 South and 4 East respectively. The club also has a long-standing social tradition with regular events, a Sportsman’s Dinner and the now infamous End of Season Ball where over 400 club members dance the night away.
