Altrincham Kersal Women’s Rugby XV continue to be a dominant force in the North of England, having won the RFUW Championship North Two league in 2008/09 they have retained RFUW Championship North One status for the 2010/11 season. AKWRFC look to replicate their recent success by continued hard work, commitment and further recruitment.

The squad boasts several seasoned county Cheshire and North West Regional representative players. Alongside the devotion to the game of rugby the women’s team also have an excellent social calendar and a passion for international touring, most recently to Milan.
